Baux Group Inc.'s Own Policy
Customers found using our system for illegal activities, including but not limited to breaking in to remote systems, credit card fraud, theft, vandalism, threats, or violence, will have their accounts immediately canceled without refund of any fees.
Hostnames / IP Addresses
Provider will remain the sole owner of all IP network addresses within the Provider's network. Customer shall not knowingly modify any TCP/IP configuration that will conflict, or otherwise disrupt network service by using configurations not allocated to Customer by Provider. Best effort will be taken to maintain permanency of customer's allocated IP address, however Provider reserves the right to change customer's underlying IP network address during upgrades, security provisioning, or any other network migration service.
Information on Privacy and Disclosure
Baux Group Inc. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We enforce this policy to insure a professional environment for all the Customers of our system.

Baux Group Inc.'s Own Policy
- We do not allow Adult/Warez/Hate Sites.
- You may not store more data in your account than your allotted quota.
- "Hate sites" or content that could be considered as slanderous or libelous.
- Content of an illegal nature is not permitted (including stolen copyrighted material).
- Your login account is for your personal use only. You must not divulge the password to any other person, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that it is not discovered by other people.
- Data stored on our servers is not guaranteed to be backed up. You are provided with a backup system, which you must setup yourself.
- You may not run server processes (eg. talkers) from your login account.
- We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
- When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted.
- We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time without notice.
- To protect your privacy we never distribute your name, e-mail address or URL to any third parties.
- Users must not participate in any form of un-solicited bulk e-mailing or spam.
- By logging into your account, or uploading files to it, you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- You must not attempt to gain the privileges of another user.
- Interfering with any system files will cause your account to be removed.
- Any attempt to use the Virtual Control Panel(tm) for purposes other than it's intended use will result in your account being terminated.
- Any attempt to obtain the source code and internal functionality of the Control Panel will result in legal action according to the CPanel (www.cpanel.net) agreement.
- If your bandwidth reaches the points where it has an adverse affect on other clients we reserve the right to disable your site until you can reduce your bandwidth usage.
- Each virtual server includes a nominated amount of bandwidth, if you use more than this amount then you agree to pay for this bandwidth at a rate of $0.10 CAD per megabyte.
- Special Rates can be arranged for sites exceeding the
bandwidth on regular basis.
- Commercial use of web and ftp space is permitted.
- You will be responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any works they include and ensuring that the contents of these pages do not violate US law.
- You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your page(s).
- We reserve the right to remove material deemed inappropriate
from your web pages, without prior notice. Baux Group Inc. does not allow
adult/warez web sites on their servers.
- Customers distributing of SPAM or junk email will have their accounts suspended. A repeated violation may cause cancellation of service without refund of any fees.
- Any illegal activities through our mail server will result
in immediate termination of the account without refund of any fees.

- Baux Group Inc. does not rent, sell, or share personal information about
you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products
or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under
the following circumstances:
- We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Baux Group Inc. under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Baux Group Inc. communicate with you about offers from Baux Group Inc. and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
- We have a parent's permission to share the information if the user is a child under age 13. Parents have the option of allowing Baux Group Inc. to collect and use their child's information without consenting to Baux Group Inc. sharing of this information with people and companies who may use this information for their own purposes;
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
- We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Baux Group Inc.'s terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
- We transfer information about you if Baux Group Inc. is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Baux Group Inc. will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
